3D Design
From small replacement parts to entire processing plants, BOFAR can cater for your drawing needs. All our drawings are created in Autodesk Inventor Professional, and can be provided as stepfile, or in other common formats. As opposed to two dimensional drawings, conflicts in design will be apparent immediately in a 3D drawing. Most options are available, whether you want us to create drawings of existing parts, design something for you, or you need your own ideas in a technical drawing.
TRANSPORT & HANDLING
To ensure fast and competent service for our customers, we own a SCANIA R480 with HIAB XS 800E-7, with a capacity of 80t/m. This crane has a reach of 17m, and is perfectly suited to place machines.
For general transport, our fleet comprises of a DAF XF-510 with standard curtainside trailer, as well as a semi with 85cm load height, a L3H2 van and a smaller service van that can load one euro-pallet next to the obvious toolset.
REconditioning
To ensure that your machines have a long and financially positive life reconditioning of your installations will be required at some point. We have reconditioned a wide variety of installations for our customers. In some cases we have also upgraded machines during reconditioning to extend the lifespan of the machines between revision or maintenance. Tell us your needs, we will be happy to make you an offer for the reconditioning or upgrading of your machines.
Replacement &
wear parts
In most cases, OEM parts will be the most ideal for your installations. But sometimes it is possible to upgrade the parts to a higher standard, or use less expensive parts that advised by the OEM. We will advise you to the best of our knowledge, and provide offers for OEM, non-OEM and upgraded parts to give you the best possible basis for a smart and financially sound decision.
MAINTENANCE
For your day to day needs, we offer maintenance service - from planning the maintenance of your installations to providing mechanics that will do time to time inspections on your installations, or even regular maintenance.
